Christiano Ronaldo Fit And Raring To Start The Next Premiership Season With Man Utd

Manchester United star Portuguese midfielder Christiano Ronaldo says he is raring to go and is as fit as ever ahead of the start of the 2007/2008 Premiership football season as Man Utd prepare their defence of the Premiership title.

Man Utd manager Sir Alex Ferguson has made many big signings ahead of the new season, strengthening the squad somewhat with the acquisitions of Anderson, Nani, Owen Hargreaves and (eventually hopefully) Carlos Tevez.

When asked about the new signings Ronaldo stated that they are all fantastic signings, they will be great for the club and the team and that he hopes they never leave.

Cristiano Ronaldo meanwhile has been in terrific form at the start of the pre-season, with many dazzling performances on Utds 4 day tour of the Far East. Sir Alex Ferguson will surely be a lot happier with the progress the players have made fitness wise this pre-season, after having to endure many of his star players performing tirelessly at least seasons World Cup finals in Germany.

This season around the likes of Rooney, Ronaldo and co will all be fully prepared for the coming up season, after admitting last season that they started feeling the effects of a prolonged season last time around.

Manchester United will be facing nearest rivals Chelsea on Sunday in the Charity Shield football match at Wembley, and the weekend after they will open their Premiership account with a home match against last seasons surprise package Reading.

Ronaldo cant wait for the new season to begin, and is already looking to build upon the success of last year which has already seen him crowned PFA Young Player and PFA Players Player Of The Year.

"Things are going very good for me," Cristiano Ronaldo told MUTV. "I feel fit and I'm very happy with the way our preparations have gone so far. But I must keep my form going. The Premier League starts soon and I must be ready for that. I hope to play well. My ambition is still the same - I want to play well, score goals and provide assists. I tried to do the same last year and I worked hard to do that. I hope things come good for me."

It remains to be seen how Cristiano Ronaldo can really improve on his performances last season around, but with just a few weeks away from the kick off of the new Premiership season we cant wait to see how the new-look Manchester United team performs, and whether Christiano Ronaldo can really build on his success of last season.

Home Business Success It May Not Be Easy But It Sure Is Worth It

Skeptics scoff and laugh at those of us who start home businesses. I wish I had a dollar for every person who said to me, "That won't work. It's a scam or it won't last." I'd have more money than Oprah. Sure there are scams out there but should you let therm stop you? I've eaten more than a few bad meals in my day but that didn't stop me from eating!

There are plenty of home based businesses that are legitimate and honest and these businesses can change your life forever! It took a few times to find the right one for our family, but when we did we knew it right away.

After we got rolling we decided to home school our kids and take a great vacation since they had basically never been anywhere other than to their grandparents house on summer break. We took a month long vacation to Arizona. We sat by the pool everyday and did math and history. Because we put in the work in the beginning of our business we were able to stay on vacation for as long as we wanted... literally. One month rolled into the next and since we didn't own a traditional business we had the money and the time freedom to keep on traveling and enjoying life. Our family got to spend more time together than any other family I know.

Keep in mind that we had to work hard to grow our home business but once we had achieved success it was easy to work a little and play a lot. Over the years we have been on many more wonderful vacations. We took our children to see the shuttle launch when John Glenn went back up into space. We spent 2 1/2 years out in Los Angeles while our kids tried their hand at acting. As the kids got older my wife and I began to take trips without the kids and do things that we as a couple truly enjoy.

It gives us great pleasure to be able to not only do things that we want to do, but also to be able to make others dreams come true. One of the most memorable things we've done is a 7 week vacation covering 18 states and 2 Canadian provinces. It was different from most vacations because we took my parents with us for almost 3 weeks. My father had always wanted to see a Broadway Show in New York, and we made his dream come true. We saw the Pro Football Hall of Fame, The Baseball Hall of Fame and did more than our share of shopping with my wife and mother.

We took my mother-in-law on a trip so she could do something that she had always wanted to do. Nobody knew that she had wanted to go to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, and at the age of 73 she went up in a hot air balloon for the very first time.

You may be thinking, "All this stuff sounds great, but that's not what I would do if I had both the time and the money." One of the most exciting things about owning your own home based business is setting your own personal and financial goals. It's strictly up to you how much money you make and how hard you work and even what hours you work.

Starting a home based business isn't easy at first, but it is totally worth it. Just think about what YOU would be doing if you had your choice to go anywhere you want to go and stay there as long as you want to. Bowling Games - Low Ball Bowling, 3-6-9 Bowling, and More!

The three games of bowling I am about to mention are wonderful, fun versions of the game. They are, as all variations of bowling are, in fact, similar to the basic, most commonly known version of ten-point bowling with which we are familiar. Nine tap bowling, or 3-6-9 bowling, or low ball bowling and more are all versions of the game you may really begin to enjoy on a regular basis. Perfect for family fun, check out some of these games for your self.

First I will discuss 9-pin bowling (otherwise called the nine tap version.) There are more ways to enjoy the sport of bowling that you probably know about, because it is such an old sport with a long history. The basic concept of the sport of bowling has been through a series of adaptation and evolution through the times, and, certain variations tend to settle the cultures of the people who play the game.

Nine-tap bowling is virtually identical to our favorite: basic ten pin bowling. Nonetheless there are two exceptions. A spare, or, the knocking over of nine pins counts as a strike, not a spare. The second exception is that some splits, without a head pin will count as a spare in certain pre-determined cases.

Another way of bowling is also popular with kids but there is certainly no age limit on having fun! This is called the 3-6-9 bowling method. When you bowl a 3-6-9 game the setup is exactly the same as the regular, ten-point system. However, you automatically put strikes in the frames 3, 6, and 9. My dad used to play with us, letting us use the 3-6-9 rule, even though he would not. Letting kids win is fun sometimes, I suppose.

There is another form of bowling called Low-Ball Bowling, as well as a type of bowling called Beruit Bowling. What is a "Pour-Over Will?"

One of key parts of your estate plan is your "pour-over will." Yet, many people don't know what it is, what it does, or why it is needed.

First, what is a "pour-over will?"

Simply put, it is a last will and testament that states that if there is an asset that was left out of your revocable living trust, then the missing asset is to be put ("poured over") into your revocable living trust so that the missing asset will be transferred along with the other assets of your revocable living trust.

Another purpose of your pour-over will is to revoke any prior wills you might have had. This avoids the possibility of a conflict between what is stated in your revocable living trust and what was stated in your prior will.

The pour-over will can also state your wishes with regard to who will care for any minor children you might leave behind. This is called nominating a "guardian of the person" of your children. Your revocable living trust will probably contain provisions for the use of your assets for your minor children.

Does a "pour-over" will require probate? Yes. Probate is used to carry out the terms of your will. A will has no effect unless and until it is admitted to probate.

Often, we will not need to use the pour-over will to avoid probate if we have a General Assignment of Assets to our revocable living trust. You should check with your estate planning professional to determine if one is appropriate for you.

Out of Time? Medical Malpractice Statute of Limitations

A malpractice statute of limitations is defined as the length of time, after the incident in question, that an individual is allowed to file a claim for medical malpractice.

Specifically, the length of time in question varies based on the state in which the incident occurred. For instance, the statute of limitations in Pennsylvania for a medical malpractice case is generally two years. This means that an individual has two years from the date of the incident to file a claim for medical malpractice. After this date, from a legal standpoint, the plaintiff has no right to his claim. But, as with most rules, there are exceptions.

The so-called discovery rule is an example in which a states malpractice statute of limitation may not begin exactly from the time of the original incident. For example, if a doctor makes a mistake during surgery, but the damages from this error do not make themselves known for a period of time thereafter, the statute of limitations may not begin until symptoms, discomfort or some sort of problems are apparent.

In response to rising damage awards and insurance premiums coming in part as a result of the discovery rule, Pennsylvania enacted a new statute in 2002 that put a cap on the length of time a victim is allowed to file a claim for malpractice, no matter what the circumstances. The statute is known as the statute of repose, and it is applicable to incidents arising after March 20th, 2002. This statute prevents any claim from being brought against a physician or caregiver if it has been more than seven years since the incident in question.

Exactly what triggers the beginning of the limitations periods is subject to debate, and as mentioned earlier, statutes of limitations vary from state to state. Patients are encouraged to seek the legal counsel of a medical malpractice attorney before proceeding with any claims.

The total cost of Mesotherapy depends on several factors and varies widely from one clinic to the other. Costs include consultation fees and treatment fees, which in turn depend on the level of expertise of the person providing treatment, the size and number of body areas to be treated, and the total number of treatment sessions needed.

The higher the certification of the individual providing treatment, the higher the cost usually is. A board-certified plastic surgeon will be more expensive than a nurse practitioner. Many business opportunities advertise the possibility for residual income, but many people do not know what the term residual income really means.
